1. SCOPE OF SERVICES:

WANDERTURKEY provides professional guiding and tour consultancy. For any hotel or flight bookings made via third-party links (Affiliates), your contract is directly with the provider (e.g., Booking.com). WANDERTURKEY is not liable for these external services.

2. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS:

• All prices are displayed in USD/EUR.

• A deposit or full payment is required to secure your guide.

• Confirmed rates are final; unconfirmed rates may change due to seasonality.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY:

• 7+ Days Notice: Full Refund.

• 2 to 7 Days Notice: 50% Refund.

• Under 48 Hours / No-Show: No Refund.

• Note: We reserve the right to cancel tours for safety or weather; in such cases, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

4. LIABILITY & SAFETY:WANDERTURKEY is responsible only for the professional conduct of the guiding service. We are not liable for personal injuries, lost belongings, or travel disruptions. Recommendation: We strongly advise all guests to have valid travel insurance.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: All content, including text, logos, and tour descriptions, belongs to WANDERTURKEY. No unauthorized copying is permitted.

6. GOVERNING LAW: Any disputes shall be subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
